SOS Homecare Limited prides itself on delivering the very best possible standards of care and support. The company is continually striving to develop it's services to respond to the changing needs and wishes of those individuals we provide services too. Recently the company has appointed a Director of Business Improvement and a Quality Manager, committing resources to ensuring that the company sets itself the highest quality standards, as well as providing the tools to our Registered Managers to ensure that they are able to achieve these. 

Furthermore our Quality Manager audits each of our services monthly, to assess their compliance to quality requirements and to ensure customer expectations are being met. Our Director of Business Improvement is continually striving for continuous quality improvements, to go over and above the national quality requirements.

SOS Homecare highly value the information and feedback we receive from those that use our services. Therefore as well as always welcoming any feedback, each year the company sends out its Annual Quality Assurance Questionnaire (AQAQ) to its customers in order to receive information on how the service provision is perceived. The questionnaire results have been very strong but still give us ideas on how to continually develop our service to improve even further. Our latest results can be accessed by clicking here.

In 2014 the company hopes to achieve the ISO 9001. Following this the company intends to start working towards the ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 27001 Sustainability in 2015, and in 2016 will look to gain the Investors in People award. In addition to this work the company will continue to develop its services and react to any suggestions from our clients.
