I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Health and Social Care sector. I achieved a degree in Early Childhood Studies which lead me to be a manager of a nursery for 3 years. I then decided in a career change and went to achieve my Leve 3 in Health and Social care and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I have worked in various roles from Care Assistant, Care Coordinator, Office Manager and Registered Manager. I have a passion for caring for people and the quality and standards of care is so important to me. I am looking forward to my future with SOS and seeing the business grow and develop.
